Facebook board member Marc Andreessen is selling some shares of Facebook, according to a filing with SEC.
He is doing to cover a tax bill, not because he has lost faith in the company.
Additionally, board member Don Graham will sell a few shares to cover taxes.
Other than these sales neither board member intends to sell shares according to the filing.
When Facebook board member Peter Thiel sold the majority of his shares it cause a huge uproar. This seems like a much smaller event and shouldn't cause a negative ripple.
If anything, it's a positive because both board members say they plan to hold onto their shares for a while.
