Yesterday, Dalton Caldwell wrote a very public, scathing post about Facebook. It alleged that Facebook uses shady tactics to acquire companies which include intimidation and bullying.
Caldwell and his startup App.net told Facebook, more or less, to stuff it.
But airing the dirty laundry cost Caldwell a board member.
Marc Andreessen, who sat on both Facebook and Caldwell's boards, will be giving up his Mixed Media Labs/App.net board seat, AllThingsD reports.
Scott Weiss, an Andreessen Horowitz partner who has no tie to Facebook, will fill the void.
